A brand new day

It seems appropriate to make my first post on a beautiful, sunny day in Kirkland. It's going to be a beautiful day, and I may know at the end of it whether I'm going to be a homeowner again, or not. It also seems appropriate to migrate from my old blog, to my new. Time for change.
